Harry Kalliaras City of Athens, synATHINA

Mr Harry Kalliaras, was born on 13th of September 1972 in Trikala, where he grew up. He graduated from the Faculty of Science of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Department of Geology, focused in Engineering Geology.

He is married to Mrs Vicky Georgousi, pharmacist and father of Nicholas and Alexander.

He attended the 7th Primary School of Trikala, at the 6th High School and completed his education in secondary education in 1989 in the Unified Polyvalent Lyceum of Trikala. In 2005 successfully completed the HMA courses and acquired the Master of Business Administration, continuing the systematic updating, about the trends developing with the activities of companies in the European and global scale, but also on the impact of these trends in the operation business and institutions in the Greek territory.

Since 1998 until today is developing continuous professional activity in respect of the undertaking, organization and support studies, planning consultancy, management, monitoring and evaluation of development programs and investment projects, design and implementation of Quality Management Systems.

Since 2000 he has worked with local and regional development agencies (PINDOS K.S.S., KENAKAP SA, CENTRE for ENTREPRENEURSHIP & TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT of REGION of STEREA HELLADA, e-Trikala sa) in the design & implementation of inter-local, inter-regional and transnational cooperation projects and 2016 began his collaboration with the Municipality of Trikala as Special Advisor to the Mayor in operational and strategic planning. Furthermore, since 2009 business engaged in the wood industry, as a partner in one of the most modern wood processing plants in the Balkans, the PINDOS XYLON Co.

In his free time, he “takes” the mountains, because his interest of climbing, skiing and mountain activities, listening to music and using new technologies.
